Jodie Kristian

Jodie has been involved in processing mortgages since 1994, working initially in the fast paced conveyancing offices of a number of law firms. Since joining Mortgage Depot in 1998, she has applied her boundless energy and enthusiasm as a buyers advocate in obtaining the best rates and terms from the banks. She draws much of her clientele from realtors in the Victoria and surrounding area.

Arlene Modderman

Arlene joined Mortgage Depot in 1998, after serving 12 years as a Realtor in the Greater Victoria area. She has experienced all sides of the transaction herself - first as a homebuyer, then as a Realtor, and finally as a mortgage consultant. Leaving as much money as possible in your pocket, rather than with the lenders, is a big part of her job! Even a small improvement in interest rate can mean the difference of thousands of dollars! Arlene works in the Victoria area and on Salt Spring Island, where she has arranged financing for clients living in the U. S. and even as far away as Singapore! Tom started in the lending area of finance in 1973 and joined Mortgage Depot shortly after they began operations in 1990. Due to his background he specialized in mortgages for military members. From this base he has expanded and assisted people from all walks of life with their mortgage needs. She makes those words reality by taking the time to determine her customers' long term objectives and then tailoring the mortgage to help achieve the desired goals. Sherri is based out of the Sidney office, however, is mobile and able to meet with her clients in the Victoria office or any other convenient location. One of the elite few hired by Mortgage Depot, she was drawn by the high ethical standards built up over 17 years of continuous service in the Greater Victoria area and is looking to continue this tradition with her own clients.
